Born on the 15th of March, 1974, Ali Nuhu Mohammed is a Nigerian actor, producer, director, script writer and choreographer.

He was born in Maiduguri, Borno State, Northeastern Nigeria. His father, Nuhu Polomawas from Balanga Town in Gombe State while his mother, Fatima Karderam Digema was from Bama LGA of Borno State.

Ali got a degree in Geography from the University of Jos, did his NYSC in Ibadan and moved to the University of Southern California for a course in film production and cinematic arts.

His first appearance in a movie was in the 1999 film, 'Abin sirri ne'. He is best known for his role in the Hausa movie, 'Sangaya'  which was one of the highest-grossing Hausa films at the time
