Facebook, Instagram Apologize For Flagging #EndSARS Posts False, Explain Reasons

In the course of the EndSARS protests, Facebook and Instagram users were reporting issues while airing their grievances. These frustrations came in the course of marking their posts as false and (probably) taking down some accounts of users, especially people who posted photos of the blood stained flags.

To further make the issue more intense, the CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey showed his support for the protest by making tweets, and donations while Mark Zuckerberg, who is the present CEO of Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp is yet to say a thing.
The company eventually came up with a tweet this evening, appologizing for flagging the posts, as well as explained that there was an error somewhere.
