Gov. Sanwo-Olu Visits Family Of Man Killed During Surulere #EndSARS Protest
Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State has visited the family of Mr Iloamauzor killed during the #EndSARS protest in Surulere on Monday, October 12. Mr Iloamauzor was reportedly hit by a stray bullet while standing by during the protest when police officers in the area opened fire at the protesters and he died instantly.

During the condolence visit, Gov. Sanwo-Olu commiserated with Mrs. Ngozi Iliamauzor, the widow of the deceased. He also promised to work towards getting justice for her.

There are no words I could have said to Mrs Ngozi Iloamauzor today that can make up for her loss, but as governor, I had to take responsibility. 

As a human being, I was close to tears but my words to her were of strength and self care. We will work to provide justice for her.
