Omotola Apologizes And Deletes Her Tweets, Shares Video Confirming People Died At Lekki Toll Gate

Nigerian actress and singer, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde had been under fire on Twitter for a moment now. She had made a tweet requesting that if people actually died in the Lekki Toll Gate incidence, their family should come out and speak, or else we end the sensationalization.

The posts were not received joy by Nigerians, as they didn't understand how someone her level will be tweeting such while the whole country is going south.

“I hope you know I don’t doubt people died ! I hope you understand that we need to collate these now and not continue with the I’m dissapointed I’m leaving talks. Get Angry again. We Can’t stop.”

Omotola eventually took down the posts and apologized, stating that she was misunderstood.

Well, she has shared a video of a doctor at Doren Hospital who confirmed that one person died after he was shot in the heart.

It has not been exactly known who sent the soldiers against the protesters, but it has been confirmed that there was an incidence of mass murder.
