‘I Tried To Commit Suicide Two Times’ - Singer Tiwa Savage Reveals Depressing Details About Her Life

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tiwa Savage during an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on ‘Bounce Live Radio’ revealed rather some depressing details about her life. Speaking to the celebrity TV host, the former Mavin singer explained that she was being bullied in the United Kingdom when she was still younger for being a black kid.
“I was teased so bad. They used to call me ‘African girl’, ‘Foo foo’, ‘Your food smells’ and so on. It was terrible. It was so bad that I literally tried to kill myself two times. I was really depressed.”
The songstress revealed.
