2020 MOBO Awards: Nigerian Stars Conquer As Wizkid, Burna Boy Win Big (See Full List)

Wizkid and Burna Boy won the Best African act and Best international act (public vote) respectively in the just-announced MOBO Awards 2020. Wizkid beat the likes of Tiwa Savage, Rema, Adekunle Gold, Master KG and others to emerge winner in the Best African act while Burna Boy was nominated in the same category with Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, Pop Smoke, Koffee amongst others.
Rapper Nines and R&B singer Mahalia are the biggest winners at the 2020 Mobo awards as they both picked up two awards each. While Mahalia won the Best female act and Best R&B/soul act, Nines won the Album of the year for 'Crabs in a Bucket' and Best hip-hop act.

While Davido and Tiwa Savage didn't grab any awards in this year's edition, there were stellar live performances from the two Afrobeats superstars.
