Born on the 22nd of October, 1946, Barrie Youngfellow is a retired American voice-over artist, and film/ television actress.
She is the wife of fellow superstar actor - Sam Freed.
Talking about her early life, Barrie Youngfellow started her entertainment careers in the early 1970s. She played a small role in a 1973 episode of The New Temperatures Rising Show, and went on to appear as a guest in episodes of numerous American TV shows of the 1970s and 80s, including The Streets of San Francisco, Barney Miller, WKRP in Cincinnati and Three's Company.
She has also starred in a good number of films and TV movies including Vampire, Moviola: The Scarlett O'Hara War (she played the role Joan Crawford), It Came Upon the Midnight Clear and Nightmare in Blood.
Youngfellow is most notable for her role as sharp-tongued and sarcastic waitress Jan Hoffmeyer Gray on the 1980–82 sitcom, It's a Living on ABC.
She and Gail Edwards, Paul Kreppel and Marian Mercer were the only actors from It's a Living to last all the way through the show's network and syndication runs.
