It seems Big Brother Naija ex-housemates, Lilo and Laycon cannot have anything other than being friends, together. The 23 year old female former BB Naija housemate, Lilo has revealed during a time with Laycon why she cannot hang out with him.
In a short ad clip by Showmax, Laycon subtly asked Lilo to hang out with him, and she replied that she couldn't, as she has a boyfriend.

Laycon: “like, hangout…”
Lilo: “because I have a boyfriend”
