Ahmed Gulak: Profile Of APC Chieftain Shot Dead By Gunmen In Imo

According to a Sunday morning report by
thecable.ng, an APC chieftain - Ahmed Gulak has been killed by gun men in Imo State.
He is a former aide of ex-President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan and was shut dead by 'unknown gunmen' while returning from Abuja to Owerri, the capital of Imo State.

Ahmed Gulak is a Nigerian politician. He was an aide of former president Goodluck Jonathan and until his death, was an APC chieftain.
He was reportedly sacked by the former president in April, 2014 for undisclosed reasons, according to a news by tsbnews.com.
Gulak was at the top of the news in 2019 when he alleged that former governor of Imo State, Sen. Owerri Rochas Okorocha offered him a $2 million bribe to deliver certificate of return to his anointed aspirant, Uche Nwosu.
According to him, it was free money and he rejected it because of his integrity.

Gov. Owelle however described the former Political Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan as an enemy of democracy, who should be in court for what he did in Imo State.
In 2016, Alhaji  Ahmed Gulak stormed PDP national secretariat in Abuja with his supporters to declare himself National Chairman of PDP.

He was shot dead on the night of Saturday, 29th of May, 2021 by unknown gunmen while moving from Abuja to Imo State.
