‘Empower Your Circle’ - Val Okafor Speaks At The 2021 PondCircus Creative Conference

Mr Val Okafor, a transformational speaker and social innovator has taken to the just concluded 2021 edition of the PondCircus Creative Conference held in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria has enlightened individuals on the need to empower the circle.

The Val Okafor Company CEO, while addressing the participants stressed on the need for employees to start rewarding their employees who performed exceptionally in their lines of duties.
