Lilian Bach was born in Lagos Island to a Yoruba mother and a Polish father. She lived in different parts of the country, thanks to her father's career attending schools like Army Children's school, Port Harcourt and Idi Araba Secondary School, Lagos. 
She lost her dad when she was 10. Lilian studied Theatre Arts at the University of Lagos, and as a model has worked as a face of the Delta Soap.
