Isaac Aluochier is a Kenyan born lawyer and activist. He hails from Rongo Sub-County, Migori County.
Isaac is popular for being one of the people behind the vicious battle by lawyers representing Pro-BBI team and the one opposing the amendment of the constitution through the Building Bridges Initiative ended.
Kenya will however have to wait for another fifty days before the 7-bench Court of Appeal judges deliver their ruling.
In Isaac Aluochier's arguments at the court, he had said that President Uhuru Kenyatta should be sued in his personal capacity as it was done to him when he was sued in ICC.
He also said that both the president and William Ruto shouldn't have been allowed to ascend power and that it was against the constitution.
Not much is known about the notable lawyer's family, however, there are reports he doubles as a farmer. He got an MSC in Project Management from Cranfield University, the UK between 1991 and 1992, and he worked as a propreiator in Kenya from 2001.
Isaac Aluochier is also the brain behind Aluochier Dispute Resolution.
