• Air tight containers 
• Rolling pin
• Frying pan
• Egg beater
• Bowl
• Knife (this is for cutting the dough into small shapes)


• Cups flour (3 cups)
• 1/2 to 2/3 cup liquid milk or water
• Nutmeg (A pinch)
• Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon)~
• Sugar (1/2 cup)
• Baking margarine  (1/2 cup)
• Oil for frying
• Egg (1, optional, you if you want it soft)


1. Mix the sugar, nutmeg, flour and baking powder together in a clean bowl.
2. Break the eggs into the powdered mixture while also adding melted butter and milk.
3. Mix together until it forms a dough, next, knead the dough for 3 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough into a very thin sheet and use a knife to cut it into tiny pieces according to the shape you like (it can be square, rectangule or even triangular, depending on what you like)
5. Set the groundnut oil on medium heat, wait until the oil is hot. Next fry the shaped dough a batch at a time until golden brown.
6. Your chin chin is ready to be served!
